Loughton Contracts and Multiplex take the Construction Youth Trust around The Broadway, Westminster!

Our Health and Safety Director, Tony, and Luciana, the Social Value and Community Manager at Multiplex, recently gave the Construction Youth Trust a tour around one of our biggest ever residential projects; The Broadway, Westminster.
Construction Youth Trust is a charity whose aim is to inspire and enable young people to overcome barriers and discover a career in the construction and built environment sector.
The young people who we showed around didn’t get a small site to start with! The Broadway, Westminster, is one of our biggest ever residential projects. The team have been installing 25,000 square metres of flooring to 252 apartments, and have been on site for over a year now. We have another 11,000 square metres of floor to install, with underfloor heating too. A mammoth task which we are getting through nicely!
We hope that everyone got a great amount of satisfaction from the site tour, and maybe we might be seeing them soon in the construction industry!
