quality workmanship

We’re a quality, accredited company. So it follows that we take the quality of our workmanship extremely seriously, following rigorous management systems and quality procedures.

These include project-specific quality plans and the supervision of a dedicated quality manager who checks and approves every aspect of every installation before it’s handed over as a finished floor. Then it’s protected from continuing work being carried out by other trades to make sure it stays in perfect condition.

We see the other side of quality, too. We’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve been called in to rescue projects when others have been unable to solve a technical problem, or are about to miss deadlines. We hate seeing projects at risk, so we’re happy to help.
