We’re delighted to announce that Loughton Contracts has been named Best Flooring Company (£2M+ turnover) at the National Flooring Awards.

The awards were presented at the Harrogate Flooring Show at the end of September. Sales Director Adam Skinner and Project Director Rob Earls attended on behalf of the company and collected the award.

The category was judged on our written submission and a public vote. That makes this result particularly meaningful to us, because it reflects the support of the clients, main contractors, partners and suppliers we work alongside every day, as well as the judges’ assessment of our work.

Building on success
This is our second win at the National Flooring Awards. At the inaugural event in Newcastle, our Revolut project won Commercial Installation of the Year. That project brought together carpet, timber, vinyl and tiling, and needed close collaboration across our internal divisions, with our partner AIS Interiors and with our suppliers, from planning through to handover.

The Revolut award recognised a single project. This year’s award recognises Loughton Contracts as a whole: our site teams, project managers, estimators and office staff across Construction, Fit-Out, Loughton Direct and Design & Build.
