SilverDoor HQ Wins Gold at London Design Awards 2025

We are proud to announce that the SilverDoor London HQ project – delivered in collaboration with TSK Group – has been awarded Gold in the “Interior Design – Office” category at the London Design Awards 2025!

This major accolade recognises the transformation of SilverDoor’s workplace into a bold, people-centric environment that reflects both their identity and future ambitions. From the concierge-style arrival experience to the vibrant social hub and agile work zones, the new HQ is built around human experience – and it’s brilliant to see that recognised on such a prominent stage.

Loughton’s Role: Flooring That Completes the Vision

Loughton Contracts was proud to support this project with expert flooring installation across the space. Our work helped define and elevate key areas of the HQ, balancing aesthetics, durability, and acoustic performance. The open plan layout created a space where people could focus without losing the collaborative energy of the team.

We installed:

High-performance modular flooring to support long-term flexibility

Luxury carpet tiles from Interface for warmth and comfort in meeting and breakout zones

Hardwearing LVT finishes from Amtico and Forbo in circulation and high-footfall areas

Award-Winning Collaboration

This result is testament to the collaboration between SilverDoor, TSK Group, and our installation team. While this was an extremely challenging project, with tight timescales, together, we created a functional, future-ready workspace that inspires connection and reflects the SilverDoor brand at every step.
