Jared Pace

Jared joined the business in 2015 to manage and develop our timber flooring division, having previously owned a successful flooring installation business. Utilising his specialist knowledge of timber flooring, and experience of working on high profile projects, Jared played a key role in Loughton Contract’s growth in the wood flooring marketplace.

As Group Technical Director, Jared now works closely with leading architects and our sales team on early design concepts for large projects. Overseeing all technical aspects of the business he is constantly reviewing and improving the companies internal processes to ensure we are always accurate and efficient.

Outside of work Jared still enjoys his love of cycling & coaching, puts on the lycra when he can and still turns up for the odd Regional race! He is also a Trustee of Europe’s largest cycling specific venue, Cyclopark in Kent, and played an instrumental role in designing the MTB course, used prior to London 2012 Olympics.  Having three sons, 22, 18 & 6, he is kept busy when not at work.

Ian Brownjohn

Ian is affectionately known as Harry. It’s a tribute to his wizardry in financial accuracy and forecasting. With construction industry experience and as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified accountants, he keeps our business financially stable and secure. He’s proactive, so not your traditional accountant. A family man with two children, two step children and three grandchildren, Ian now enjoys playing golf at the weekends (and as often as he can!) as his footballing days are sadly behind him, although we hear he now plays in goal at 5-a-side. He is a keen Spurs fan and still has high hopes that just one day they will lift a trophy!
